About Lisa Elliott
Lisa is a mother of busy elementary aged twin boys, both with a rare allergic condition called Eosinophillic Esophagitis (a type of white blood cell (eosinophil) builds up in the lining of the tube that connects your mouth to your stomach (esophagus). This buildup, which is a reaction to foods, allergens or acid reflux, can inflame or injure the esophageal tissue.). Using the skills and cooking techniques that her mother taught her as a young child, Lisa has been able to realistically prepare allergy friendly, fast, simple, healthful meals for her sons, extended family, and friends.
When Lisa isn’t in the kitchen creating new recipes and experimenting with new kitchen gadgets, spending quality time with her sons and family, and working as a health coach for Medicare members, helping them maintain their health and stay as independent as possible. Lisa also enjoys shopping, going to live concerts on the gorgeous beaches of the west coast of Florida, and relaxing at home.
